We are a Boutique Real Estate agency which is a family run company.   We offer a range of services which include Property Management, Sales,  Onsite Residential and Building Management. Over the years, our business has grown to include family members and a dedicated team of professionals with decades of experience in the Property industry.

We hold our staff to a high level of service and take pride in knowing the level of service that is provided within our office, is replicated and then communicated across to all our clients.

Since March 2020, especially with COVID-19, we have really sat back and looked at our processes and procedures. We understand that we are working in an ever-changing industry, however with COVID-19 things have changed drastically and continue to change.

We have focused on our technology, ensuring this was second to none making it easier for owners and tenants to utilise and interact with our office. We have ensured that everything is available electronically, so ‘no physical contact’ is required. We have focused on our KPI’s as individuals, and KPI’s for the office as a team, keeping our goals focused, visually and actively being worked on.

We have created specialised roles within the office as followed, Director, BDM, Leasing Consultant, Head of Department/Senior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Accountant, Reception, and a Maintenance Team & Manager. These specialised roles ensure that our clients get the best service from each person in their roles which has been designed to hone in on their skill set.

We cover all bases for our clients, affiliating with multiple companies that can service their needs. We have maintenance, cleaning, financial advisors, conveyancing, accounts, buyers’ agents, and utilities companies.

We have ensured that even with COVID-19 our office is still attending to online/zoom training session, making sure we are still as up to date as possible with legislation and any market updates.

These elements together ensure that we provide a professional, friendly and world class service to all our clients.
